Please note that tours are booked when they are confirmed. The bill needs to be paid until the last possible day of canellation. Otherwise we may call the tour off.
Terms of Cancellation:
We value our customers and want to keep the booking procedures as simple as possible.
“Vienna Cooking Tours”:
Groups 1-6 people can be cancelled until two days before the tour.
Groups 6-50 people:
14 days before the booked tour: 50% of the fee
13 – 7 days before the booked tour: 75% of the fee
6 days before the booked tour: 100% of the fee
