The highlight of our trip to Vienna and a great family activity! We had such a special afternoon with Andrea. First, we toured the bustling Naschmarkt, discovering - and sampling - many delicious items and chatting with the friendly vendors Andrea introduced us to (we returned the next day for a fantastic lunch and bought interesting gifts to take home). We then took a short bus ride to Andrea's home, while our hostess pointed out places of interest and gave us background on Viennese history. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with prosecco and made to feel right at home. Our cooking class was fun and informative, and Andrea made sure our 13 year old son was completely involved - he had a great time and felt proud of his creations. Andrea had even added pretzel making to our class at our son's request, which he loved. Our superb meal together with free flowing wine and easy conversation left us feeling like old friends.
